Years Growing
San Ventura Nurseries has been a cornerstone of the Bryan gardening community for over two decades. What started as a small family operation has grown into one of the region's most trusted sources for healthy, locally adapted plants.
We know Central Texas soil — the clay, the heat, the occasional drought — and we select every plant with that reality in mind. Whether you're a first-time gardener or a seasoned landscape enthusiast, our team will help you find the right plants for your space and your skill level.
From annual color that brightens your porch to mature shade trees that define your property line — we carry what works in this part of Texas.
Ornamental and flowering shrubs chosen for Texas heat tolerance — from azaleas and hydrangeas to boxwood and loropetalum.
Shade trees, flowering specimens, and fruit trees suited to the Brazos Valley — live oaks, crape myrtles, magnolias, and more.
Seasonal color that thrives in our climate — verbena, salvia, black-eyed Susans, and heirloom perennials that return year after year.
Premium potting mixes, mulches, fertilizers, and amendments — everything you need for healthy container gardens and in-ground beds.
Decorative stones, retaining wall blocks, irrigation supplies, and hardscape materials for complete outdoor projects.
Our experienced team provides planting advice, soil recommendations, and seasonal care tips — because the right guidance makes all the difference.
Walk our grounds and you'll find rows of healthy, well-cared-for plants ready for your garden.
The best nursery in Bryan by far. Every time I walk in, I find something new and the staff actually knows what they're talking about.
